Job description

Fabiano Brothers is seeking a reliable and flexible Warehouse Associate to join our Indian River team. This is a general warehouse role that supports daily operations through a variety of tasks, including product handling, warehouse organization, order support, inventory movement, loading, unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
This position will primarily support daytime warehouse operations, but candidates must be flexible with scheduling and able to work a blend of first and second shift based on business needs. The role requires comfort working in varying temperatures, including cooler and freezer areas, and the ability to safely lift and move products over 50 pounds.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Forklift experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and willing to help wherever needed to support the team.
