Job description

About Us
Beast Industries is a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast, the most watched person in the world. Renowned for revolutionizing digital content creation, Beast Industries encompasses a diverse portfolio of ventures that extend far beyond its origins on YouTube. With a mission to entertain, inspire, and create significant social impact, Beast Industries operates across various domains including digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives. At Beast Industries, we believe in the transformative power of digital media and its potential to entertain, educate, and effect positive change. Our commitment to innovation, creativity, and philanthropy drives us to explore new frontiers, create unforgettable experiences, and build a legacy that inspires future generations.
About the Role
As the Channel Manager / Line Producer, you will be the operational backbone of one of our lifestyle and unscripted channels. This role owns execution - every shoot is planned, every budget is tracked, and every production runs smoothly because you made it happen. Combining channel operations and physical production into one role, you are the connective tissue between creative vision and real-world constraints.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean, fast-moving environment. You'll work in tandem with the Creative Producer to bring videos to life, partner with the GM on financial and operational performance, and build the production infrastructure that lets the channel scale without losing quality or speed. If you're the kind of operator who anticipates problems two shoots ahead and treats every budget dollar like it's your own, read on below.
What You'll Do:
  • Own all production planning - scheduling, budgeting, location, crew, logistics, and vendor coordination for every shoot.
  • Build and manage the channel production budget in partnership with the GM; track spend in real time and flag overruns early.
  • Produce every shoot on set - running the day, holding the schedule, and ensuring the Creative Producer has what they need to deliver.
  • Source, vet, and manage production contractors for each shoot; brief them clearly and hold them to standard.
  • Coordinate all talent logistics - travel, accommodations, call times, and on-set care for on-camera talent.
  • Liaise with the GM on financial performance, operational reporting, and production capacity planning.
  • Anticipate production bottlenecks two shoots ahead and solve problems before they become emergencies.
  • Build and document production systems that allow the channel to scale without losing quality or speed.
  • Protect the creative team from operational friction so they can focus on the work.
What You'll Bring:
  • 4-7+ years in production management, line producing, or channel operations for YouTube or digital video.
  • Proven ability to manage production budgets and schedules from pre-production through delivery.
  • Experience producing on-location shoots with lean crews in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional organizational precision - nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Calm and decisive under pressure - shoot day problems get solved, not escalated.
  • Clear and proactive communication - no surprises for the GM or Creative Producer.
  • Familiarity with YouTube channel operations beyond physical production - asset management, upload pipelines, delivery (preferred).
  • Experience building production infrastructure from scratch at a new or early-stage channel (preferred).
  • Existing relationships with production crew or vendors in the Southeast US (preferred).
  • Background in lifestyle, culinary, or unscripted production (preferred).
  • Ability to work onsite in Greenville, NC (relo support provided).
