These skills are vital for growing your channel, maintaining viewer engagement, and succeeding in a highly competitive digital landscape.

Hiring someone with skills in video production, SEO, and audience engagement can assist in increasing views and subscribers, but it is important to ensure compliance with YouTube's policies and to clearly define the scope of work. Many creators hire freelancers or agencies to support their growth efforts.

What is an Independent Contractor YouTube Channel?

An Independent Contractor YouTube Channel is a YouTube channel run by an individual or business that creates and publishes video content as an independent contractor rather than as a direct employee of a company.
