Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain wireless telecom equipment on towers
  • Work safely at extreme heights in various weather conditions
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment

  • Mentor and train junior tower technicians
  • Travel for projects, with most weekends spent at home

Physical Demands:
