Job description

Position Overview

TransGlobal is seeking motivated and client-focused professionals to join our growing Health Insurance team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and seniors navigate their healthcare coverage options by providing personalized health insurance solutions, including Individual & Family Plans, Medicare, ACA Marketplace Plans, Dental & Vision Coverage, and Supplemental Health Products.

This is a fully remote, commission-based independent contractor (1099) opportunity with unlimited earning potential and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' healthcare coverage needs and recommend appropriate health insurance solutions
  • Educate clients on available Individual & Family, Medicare, ACA Marketplace, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Health plans
  • Present personalized coverage options and assist clients throughout the enrollment process
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through annual reviews and policy updates
  • Respond to policy and coverage inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in company systems
  • Stay informed on carrier products, enrollment regulations, and industry trends
  • Cross-sell additional insurance and financial services products when appropriate

Qualifications
  • Active Health Insurance License preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in health insurance, Medicare, customer service, sales, or financial services preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
