Job Description

CuraCor Solutions is seeking a Principal Strategic Advisor with deep expertise in provider-side strategy and care delivery transformation to join our growing Care Delivery Services team. In this role, you will help drive health care innovation by shaping implementation-ready provider strategies, informed by rigorous market intelligence and advanced data insights, that accelerate our care delivery vision. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will lead and collaborate across the organization to translate complex market dynamics, analytically derived insights, and operational realities into clear, actionable strategic recommendations across near-, mid-, and long-term horizons. The ideal candidate is a relationship oriented strategic leader and critical thinker with an agile mindset - comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating ambiguity, and operating at the intersection of strategy and execution in an evolving payvider environment.
About The Care Delivery Services Team:
Within our Diversified Business Group, the Care Delivery Services team leads strategy co development, execution support, and alliance management for CuraCor Solutions' care delivery assets, including FastMed and Alo | Avance Care. As a Principal Strategic Advisor, you will play a key role in enabling the strategic development and success of these care delivery platforms - partnering with leaders to inform direction, translate strategy into implementation-ready frameworks, and drive performance at multiple levels.
If you are energized by the opportunity to join a growing subsidiary focused on accelerating a new business platform and helping the Enterprise achieve its long-term goals, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Drive development of near to midterm strategy (1-3 years) for CuraCor's care delivery assets, partnering closely with longterm strategy teams to codevelop and ensure alignment with enterprisewide 5+ year strategic visions.

  • Develop asset-level care delivery strategies for FastMed and Alo | Avance Care that translate market insights, performance trends, and competitive dynamics into clear strategic direction and implementationready roadmaps.

  • Shape strategies for adding, scaling, and optimizing high-margin services and service lines within existing provider platforms to drive near-to-mid-term growth and support long-term value creation.

  • Guide strategies to maximize service line economics, leveraging operational and commercial levers across areas such as revenue cycle management (RCM), cost structure, throughput, pricing, and demand generation.

  • Design and advance crossenterprise strategies that align CuraCor's care delivery assets with Blue Cross NC to drive collective value, accelerate the payvider vision, and support enterprisewide growth and innovation.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across CuraCor, our care delivery assets, and Blue Cross NC - facilitating alignment, shaping priorities, and guiding complex, multistakeholder strategy development efforts.

  • Proactively deliver rigorous market and competitive intelligence, staying current on industry trends, care delivery innovation, and evolving payerprovider models to inform assets' strategy and competitive advantage.

  • Guide analytical focus and synthesize insights from financial, operational, payer, and market data, translating analytically derived findings into clear narratives, scenarios, and decision frameworks that inform executive-level strategy discussions and decision-making.

  • Develop implementationready strategic recommendations that bridge strategy and execution, ensuring clarity on strategic intent, tradeoffs, and paths to impact without owning daytoday operations.

  • Partner with long-term strategy and corporate development teams to provide strategic input on the value of additional care delivery partnerships and transactions.
