Job description

Salary:

Citrus Counseling Services is seeking a licensed clinician to provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists and trainees on an independent contractor basis. Supervision can take place in our office and/or via a telehealth platform.


Scope of Services

  • Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists and trainees.
  • Audit supervisees charts and client documents.
    • May sign off on clinical documentation directly in CCSs electronic health record.
    • May allow CCS Program Director to co-sign clinical documentation if agreed upon mutually.
  • Attend monthly Clinical Supervisor meetings.
    • Monthly meetings take place on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 12:15pm-1pm in person. Zoom is also acceptable if mutually agreed upon.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Meets Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements to provide clinical supervision
  • Experience supervising associate clinicians preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and documentation standard
