Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to hotels facing staffing challenges

  • Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards and policies

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel and stay away from home for extended periods on short notice
  • Capable of standing, walking, and handling physical tasks such as pushing or carrying up to 30 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer satisfaction standards
  • Ability to master multiple hotel brands, technologies, and training programs
  • Successful completion of Criminal Background Check and 10-panel drug screen
