Description Summary The Incentive Program Specialist supports the administration, governance, and execution of Commercial Banking incentive plans. This role partners closely with Finance, HR, Risk, and business leaders to ensure incentive programs are aligned with business objectives, financial performance, and risk management practices. Responsibilities include analyzing performance results, supporting incentive plan design and administration, maintaining governance documentation, monitoring controls, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in commercial banking, financial analysis, performance measurement, and program management. Duties and Responsibilities Support the incentive program governance structure through collaboration with cross-functional partners including Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, and business leadership. Analyze financial and business performance metrics that drive incentive plan outcomes, ensuring alignment between plan results and business objectives.

Develop, maintain, and execute project plans supporting annual and ongoing incentive plan administration activities. Audit and monitor incentive plan documentation, participant data, performance calculations, payout processes, and testing procedures. Assist with reporting and analysis of incentive plan performance, participant attainment, business results, and payout trends.

Initiate and enhance standards, controls, and governance procedures related to plan review, approval, documentation, and retention. Support the evaluation and implementation of changes to incentive plans, including financial measure updates, performance metric revisions, and business strategy alignment. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, strengthen controls, and enhance participant understanding of incentive plans.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Finance, Performance Management, Compensation, Incentive Administration, FP&A, or a related analytical function. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance measurement, and commercial banking products and services. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, modeling, and reconciliation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint. Experience working with large data sets and translating financial results into actionable business insights. Knowledge of Commercial Banking financial metrics, profitability drivers, performance scorecards, and incentive compensation programs.

Experience in Finance, Performance Management, Sales Compensation, Commercial Banking Strategy, or Workforce/Business Analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial and performance data. Confident presenting analyses and recommendations to all levels of leadership.

Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Compensation Range: $70,000.00 -140,000.00 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
