ABOUT
NewForm is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~100m/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance etc) scale paid social with our short-form content-led approach. We have an in-house content team that creates thousands of human ads a month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients.
THE ROLE
As a Growth Analyst, you will lead the creative operation from A->Z for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for strategizing, concepting, and executing on paid ad concepts, leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators. As a Growth Analyst, you are responsible for connecting the data to the creative. You have an eye for what creative is good, but also are analytical and use data to inform your strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the main point of contact on creative for assigned clients
  • Lead ad scripting, paid media content strategy, and execution with creators
  • Partner with editors to bring ads to life
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with precision
  • Analyze performance data to continuously improve content performance and scale
  • Stay ahead of paid ads trends to keep clients on the cutting edge
REQUIREMENTS
  • Analytical in nature, ability to look at large swaths of data/trends and gather signal
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A sharp eye for what makes a winning ad creative
  • Ability to manage creative production workflows
