ABOUT
NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system.
We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter.
THE ROLE
As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you will lead the creative operation from A to Z for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for strategizing, concepting, and executing paid ad concepts by leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators.
As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you are responsible for connecting the data to the creative. You have a strong eye for what makes winning creative, while also being analytical and using performance data to inform your strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary creative point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead ad scripting, paid media content strategy, and creator execution
  • Partner closely with editors to bring ad concepts to life
  • Manage multiple clients and creative projects simultaneously with precision
  • Analyze performance data to identify insights, improve content performance, and scale winning concepts
  • Stay ahead of paid social and creative trends to keep clients on the cutting edge

REQUIREMENTS
  • Analytical by nature, with the ability to identify meaningful signals from large datasets and performance trends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A sharp eye for what makes a winning ad creative
