ABOUT
NewForm is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~$100M/year in ad spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors such as Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance, and others scale paid social through our short-form, content-led approach. Our in-house content team creates thousands of human-centered ads each month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients.
THE ROLE
As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you will lead the creative operation from A to Z for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for strategizing, concepting, and executing paid ad concepts by leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators.
As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you are responsible for connecting the data to the creative. You have a strong eye for what makes winning creative, while also being analytical and using performance data to inform your strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary creative point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead ad scripting, paid media content strategy, and creator execution
  • Partner closely with editors to bring ad concepts to life
  • Manage multiple clients and creative projects simultaneously with precision
  • Analyze performance data to identify insights, improve content performance, and scale winning concepts
  • Stay ahead of paid social and creative trends to keep clients on the cutting edge
