Job description

Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our growing team as a leader in the industrial demolition and environmental remediation space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and continuing to expand our footprint in the NC/VA Markets.

Key Responsibilities are and not limited to:

  • Oversee daily on-site operations across multiple job sites.
  • Daily coordination with Project Managers and General Contractor Superintendents.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections for quality control.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry (demo, asbestos and/or lead hazard abatement experience preferred).
  • Construction and job costing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings and Specifications.
  • Able to work well as a team player and communicate with all field personnel and management.
  • Problem solving/troubleshooting ability.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
