CAPITAL is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. The Dealership Salesman will be responsible for showcasing and selling vehicles to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

 Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:   

  • Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills
  • Other duties assigned  


 

Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:   

  • Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
