Job Description
Summary
Providing excellent customer service to our guests, a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor/Dealer may work as a Dealer or a Table Games Supervisor or Boxperson on any assigned shift. When acting in the capacity of a Supervisor you will assist in the responsibilities of the day to day activities of table games operations ensuring gaming protection.
Job Duties
Dealer
  • Will provide prompt, courteous and accurate service.
  • Maintains continuous security of assigned game at all times
  • Deal game according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
  • Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
  • Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
  • Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
  • Pick up losing bets and cards from customer's betting square. Pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
  • Complete any required forms, records, and documents.

Supervisor Capacity
  • Provides oversight of table games operations supporting the dealers in game accuracy.
  • Records accurate ratings
  • Settles disputes that may arise at the gaming table between guests and dealers.
  • Monitors bets, payouts and makes corrections as needed while maintaining game security. Opens and closes table games as assigned.
  • Tracks and records player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

This is not intended to include all duties associated with this position. Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • 1 year of prior experience strongly preferred.
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
  • Must have excellent customer skills.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
  • Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
  • Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
