Integrity Towing Solutions, a leader in private property impound services, is dedicated to delivering excellence and professionalism in the industry. We're looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Private Property Impound Agents. And, if you're a military or law enforcement veteran, your unique skills and experiences are highly valued here.

What You'll Do:

  • Work 10pm to 6am Wednesday through Sunday and have Monday/Tuesday off
  • Accept and process payment for vehicle releases
  • Enforce parking regulations for our private property clients
  • Safely transport vehicles and secure personal property
  • Respond to calls from our law enforcement partners
  • Maintain positive interactions with clients at all levels
  • Utilize your leadership and technical skills to influence and enhance our operations


What We Offer:

  • Paid, On-the-Job Training: We invest in your growth from day one, with training provided at $17 per hour
  • Competitive Compensation: As this location grows, we expect a driver to be able to earn $65-90,000 annually. To start, it will be an hourly position, plus commission for each car impounded.

  • Law Enforcement: Your background as an officer, deputy, patrolman, sheriff, or Border Patrol officer makes you a. great fit for this position.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

  • Ability and willingness to works nights/weekends
  • Must be at least 23 years old - insurance requirement
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Acceptable Driver History:

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have been licensed to drive for at least 3 total years
  • No suspension for any reason within the last 5 years (including child support)
  • No more than 3 total moving violation s within the last 3 years, including seatbelt violations
  • No more than 1 of any moving violation type within the last 3 years (example - 2 speeding tickets not acceptable)
  • No more than 1 accident within the last three years
  • No more than 4 non-moving violations within the last 3 years (example - parking tickets, registration, and INCLUDING improper equipment
  • None of the following major violations within the last 5 years:  driving without a license, careless or reckless driving. anything drug or alcohol related, driving out of class, speeding in school or work zone, speeds 20 mph+ over the speed limit, leaving scene of accident , failure to stop for school bus/emergency vehicle, racing/drag racing
