We're Looking For:

The responsibility of the Impound Coordinator position is to develop and maintain strong customer service skills and support their respective team and Sr. Account Manager in every aspect of PAR North America's business. The Impound Coordinator must become proficient in their respective department (recovery) and service all clients, recovery vendors, and customers.

You Are:

  • Excellent organizationally and have great communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally clearly and effectively and in writing.

  • Must be very detailed and be able to document details clearly

  • Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and at a fast pace.

  • Competent in Google products: Google and Gmail

  • Successful at implementing and assuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrative of a commitment to stated values and business ethics.

  • Exhibiting professional excellence and consistently work as a teammate, supporting other membersof the team.

You Will:

  • Maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support and ability to answer or research the answer to client, agent, or customer questions.

  • Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed and follow up to confirm resolution.

  • Assign or reassign recovery vendors as needed.

  • Monitor and process accounts in all internal system queues as directed.

  • Maintain daily and weekly reports per client or management request using Google Sheets.

  • Act as liaison between client, customer and recovery vendor.

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Google products, third party vendor systems and integration partner systems.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities.

  • Perform other duties as directed by PAR Management.

  • Prioritize your queue daily to ensure follow- up dates are worked and are completed on time.

  • Complete new queue and new flipper accounts within 24 hours of PAR receiving them.

  • Follow up on approvals and documents with clients every 48 hours.

  • Follow up on all active assignments every 24 hours to ensure the recovery vendor has everything needed and is working to secure the unit.

Must Have's:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience is required.

  • Collections or recovery experience preferred.
