Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, particularly in the logistics and import sector. You will be responsible for generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in need of import cargo services.
  • Identify and qualify leads, schedule follow-up calls, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Communicate the value of our import solutions and services clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
  • Maintain a weekly activity log and report progress to the sales manager.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, logistics, or import/export operations preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
