Project Managers are responsible for successfully planning, scheduling, and executing customer implementation projects. Projects include software implementations and often consulting, training, and custom development. Responsibilities
- Works with the sales team to understand upcoming implementation, consulting, and development timelines
- Manages the scope, schedule, and cost of assigned services projects
- Manages and prioritizes customer requirements for inclusion in each project's statement of work (SOW)
- Works with development managers to stabilize project scope and deliverables
- Manages internal functional UAT to ensure successful technical delivery to clients
- Use Jira for development ticket tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a Project and/or Product Management role
- 1-3 years of professional experience in an asset-intensive industry (oil & gas, manufacturing, mining, etc.)
- 1-3 years in software project management/software delivery is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus
