Vista Global Solutions, LLC., as part of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, is primarily focused on providing information technology (IT) support services and personnel to various government customers. Vista Global Solutions (VGS) is looking for a qualified Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to support our contract at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), located in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, in Fayetteville, NC.
What You'll Do:
We're seeking an Information Technology Project Manager with an excellent working knowledge of current operations, systems, and policies used at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or other government offices to provide day-to-day management and support to the WAMC.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Perform all aspects of assigned IT projects to determine appropriate products or services, coordinate and integrate project activities.
  • Serve as a team leader, make team assignments, coordinate work of the team, review completed work of the team members.
  • Determine appropriate products or services with clients or customers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop, modify, and provide input to project plans, and implement project plans to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate and integrate project activities.
  • Manage, lead, or administer project resources. Develops or implements information systems security plans and procedures. Monitors project activities and resources to mitigate risk.
  • Implement or maintain quality control processes.
  • Make improvements, solve problems, or take corrective action when problems arise.

  • Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews.
  • Identify project documentation requirements or procedures.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a certification as a PMP or a PMI CAPM.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Shall have in-depth knowledge of DoD and Army reporting requirements, policies, and regulations pertaining to Information Assurance.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of WAMC Staff in a professional manner and with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Related experience and/or education:
  • Candidates MUST have U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain citizenship and be able to pass a government background investigation.
