Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Working with technology managers to support the execution and implementation of project plans to transition business processes offshore

Leading outsourcing transitions across multiple waves managing both vendor and TIAA staff through successful transitions

Providing clear, concise and accurate senior management updates

Ensuring compliance with TIAA CREF Operational Risk requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Ensuring that best practices are leveraged across the teams and that service delivery performance is closely monitored through transition and issues dealt with within the stream or escalated to senior management

Ensuring overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholders (including Senior Management) using effective communication channels

Coordinate and work closely with the TIAA CREF sourcing and vendor management teams

Assisting in formulation of the service level targets with proper project governance (both Transition and Steady State projects), risk management, deliverables tracking and financial management across multiple work streams


Candidate Requirements:


Minimum 5 years of Transition Management experience

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Operating with sensitivity and respect within difficult situations

Flexibility in working hours

Self-organized and structured

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to deliver results

Bachelor's Degree
