Ready To Be The Engine That Gets New Clients Live โ€” On Time, Every Time?

Why This Role Matters

Every new client that joins Personify Health is counting on a seamless implementation โ€” and this role is what makes that happen. As an Associate Project Manager on the Implementation team, you'll keep the internal machinery running: tracking deliverables, holding teams accountable, and flagging risk before it becomes a problem. Your work connects directly to client confidence during one of the most critical moments in the relationship โ€” the moment they decide to trust us. When implementations land on time and on target, clients start strong, and that sets the tone for everything that follows.

What You'll Actually Do

Support the full implementation lifecycle: Work alongside the Implementation Project Manager on all internal aspects of new group implementations, from kickoff through go-live.

Build and own project plans: Create a detailed project plan for each new piece of business, coordinating with internal departments to set accurate, realistic deadlines across the board.

Drive deadline accountability: Track outstanding deliverables across cross-functional teams, follow up on missed milestones, and escalate to leadership when timelines are at risk.

Facilitate internal implementation meetings: Lead internal meetings to surface blockers, align stakeholders, and drive solutions to business problems before they impact the client experience.

Identify and manage risk: Proactively flag deliverables at risk, raise awareness with the right people, and develop action plans to keep implementations on track.

Audit new client system setups: Review and audit the configuration of new client accounts across internal systems to ensure accuracy before go-live.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows

The Highlights:

  • Competitive base salary and benefits effective day one
  • Comprehensive medical and dental through our own health solutions (yes, we use what we build)
  • Unlimited PTOโ€”rest and recharge time is non-negotiable
  • Mental health support, retirement planning, and financial protection
  • Professional development with clear career progression and learning budgets
  • Mission-driven culture where diverse perspectives drive real impact on people's health
