Minimum Qualifications:

Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Evidence of scholarly productivity and potential to develop an externally funded program of research.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: health services research, health policy, population    health, implementation science, program evaluation, healthcare delivery, or health equity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Established record of scholarly productivity, including peer-reviewed publications and a history of grant funding.
Established program of research in health services research, health policy, population health, implementation
   science, program evaluation, health equity, or healthcare delivery transformation.
Experience conducting large-scale, multidisciplinary, and/or community-engaged research.
Experience teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate, graduate, and/or doctoral levels.
Research interests aligned with the College of Nursing's mission and strategic research priorities.

The College of Nursing at the University of South Florida invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track
Assistant Professor position. We seek candidates with expertise in health services research, health policy, population health, implementation science, and program evaluation. Areas of interest include healthcare delivery transformation, health equity, social determinants of health, community-based interventions, and the development and evaluation of evidence-based programs and policies that improve health outcomes across diverse populations.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic scholar with a strong research portfolio, a commitment to excellence in teaching, and a record of meaningful service and collaboration. The successful candidate will be expected to:

Develop and maintain an independent, externally funded research program in their area of expertise.
Disseminate research findings through publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
Teach and mentor students across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary researchers, community partners, and healthcare organizations.
Contribute to the mission of the College through service at the college, university, professional, and community
levels.

This is an onsite position requiring in-person presence during standard business hours. Remote or hybrid work
arrangements are not available.
