Job Description:
The Anita Zucker Center for Excellence in Early Childhood Studies at the University of Florida is seeking qualified and enthusiastic Postdoctoral Associates interested in joining a team of highly productive and committed scholars working in collaboration with local, state, national, and international partners to inform and advance evidence-based practices and policies in early childhood studies and to disseminate this information to practitioners, families, policymakers, program leaders, and professional learning personnel. Implementation Science and Practice Post-Doctoral Associates at the Anita Zucker Center have opportunities to (a) coordinate implementation, demonstration, and training and technical assistance projects funded by external sponsors with situated mentorship provided by Principal Investigators/Project Directors or Co-Principal Investigators/Co-Directors; (b) advance knowledge about and apply implementation science and practice in the context of implementation, demonstration, and training and technical assistance projects being implemented across diverse early childhood settings; and (c) establish a scholarship and dissemination record with ongoing mentoring supports.
Expected Salary:
Salary is negotiable, competitive, and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Minimum Requirements:
A doctoral degree in early childhood education, special education, psychology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-doctoral associates should have a commitment to advancing transdisciplinary practices and policies in early childhood studies and to ensuring equitable opportunities and outcomes for children and families and the practitioners who support them.
