The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration for clients into EnableComp's product suite, managing activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities
• Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues
• Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements
• Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation
• Manage change and client expectations effectively
• Maintain real time project status through online project management tools
• Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.
