Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Project Implementation Coordinator to support the rollout of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology across branch locations. This role is responsible for coordinating the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring successful deployment, training, and adoption at the branch level. The Project Implementation Coordinator will work closely with operations, IT, and leadership teams to drive efficient execution and minimize disruption during system transitions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain implementation timelines for branch rollouts of WMS and RF scanning solutions.
Coordinate procurement, staging, and deployment of RF scanners, printers, and supporting hardware.
Serve as the primary point of contact between corporate teams, IT vendors, and branch leadership during implementations.
Support system setup by coordinating warehouse mapping including zones, bins, and locations within ERP/WMS systems.
Partner with data and operations teams to ensure inventory is properly labeled and prepared for system integration.
Validate system configurations to align with warehouse workflows including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
Conduct on-site training sessions for warehouse teams and branch leadership on system usage and processes.
Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and quick reference guides.
Identify and support "super-users" at each branch to ensure ongoing adoption and support.
Provide on-site go-live support, troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and system issues as they arise.
Monitor system adoption, accuracy, and performance metrics following implementation.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency post-implementation.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Travel to branch locations as needed to support implementation efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or project coordination.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms preferred (Epicor Eclipse or similar).
Familiarity with RF scanning technology (Zebra, Honeywell, or similar) preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
Ability to troubleshoot operational and technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel up to 50-75% during peak implementation periods.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
May be required to work in warehouse environments and move equipment as needed.
