Position Overview

Arixa's Project Manager will play a critical role in driving cross-functional initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will lead complex, high-impact projects that span multiple departments, systems, and stakeholders.

As this is both a strategic and execution-focused role, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, maintaining project momentum, and delivering initiatives that support Arixa's continued growth and innovation. You will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to execute initiatives including system implementations, data migrations, process transformations, and new product launches.

To succeed in this role, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while driving clear and consistent communication across stakeholders.

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles or Phoenix and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. While not an exhaustive list, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage cross-functional projects across the organization from initiation through completion
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects including technology implementations, data migrations, new product launches, workflow redesign, and partner integrations
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, track progress against deliverables, and report to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks; proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across internal stakeholders, including Sales, Credit, Operations, Technology, and Finance, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful integration and execution of initiatives
  • Drive accountability across project teams and ensure timely completion of action items
  • Ensure projects remain on track with timelines, scope, and organizational priorities

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, lending, or financial services preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to keep projects on track and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Atlassian and Salesforce preferred
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization

Compensation

This position is exempt full-time, with salary range: $100,000 - $150,000, plus discretionary bonus potential.
