Responsibilities

Ready to Lead Client Onboarding That Sets the Foundation for Long-Term Success?

Why This Role Matters

Every new client's first real experience with Personify Health comes down to one thing: does implementation go smoothly? This role sits at that exact pressure point, turning signed contracts into live, working platforms that clients actually trust. When you keep an implementation on track, you're not just checking boxes - you're setting the tone for the entire client relationship and protecting revenue the business has already booked. You're the person who makes sure new business and expansion sales don't stall out before they ever create value. Get this right consistently, and you become the reason clients renew, expand, and become references for the next deal.

What You'll Actually Do

Own end-to-end implementation delivery: Run the full project lifecycle for new client launches and expansion implementations, keeping every workstream moving toward a confirmed go-live date.

Coordinate across internal teams: Pull together the right people from every department involved in an implementation, keeping deliverables on schedule and dependencies from becoming blockers.

Manage third-party integrations: Handle the operational and tactical work of getting outside systems and partners connected and functioning correctly before launch.

Resolve client issues in real time: Field client questions and requests throughout the implementation process, solving problems fast enough that momentum never stalls.

Apply Personify Health's implementation methodology: Use standard tools, processes, and playbooks to keep projects consistent, predictable, and repeatable across every client.

Lead platform migrations: Manage the moving parts of migrating clients to new platforms or configurations without disrupting their existing service.

Feed client insight back to Product: Capture client feedback during implementation and route it to Product Development so real client needs shape what gets built next.

Support pre-sales when needed: Jump into RFPs, prospect calls, and finalist meetings to bring implementation expertise into the sales process and help close new business.

Back up Account Management and Client Delivery: Step in with operational and tactical support on an as-needed basis to keep client-facing teams running at full speed.

Drive process improvement: Identify what's slowing implementations down and help build more scalable processes for the whole team.

  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet preferred
