We are hiring an Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team at Clarivate. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with clients to successfully deploy Clarivate software solutions, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and best practices. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will manage end-to-end implementation projects, solve complex challenges, and help customers maximize the value of our industry-leading products while delivering an exceptional client experience.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Implement, configure, and deploy solutions using Clarivate software products, utilizing technical skills and domain knowledge.

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement appropriate solutions.

  • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues in collaboration with Product and Support teams.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive service implementation delivery.

  • Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all phases of the implementation project scope.

About the Team

Come join the Service Implementation team! Our team is comprised of five consulting groups, each dedicated to supporting a specific client segment within our Intellectual Property business. In this role, you will focus on partnering with corporate clients, helping them successfully implement and maximize the value of Clarivate solutions. You will report to the Manager of Service Implementation and collaborate with a highly knowledgeable global team. While our team spans multiple regions, many of your closest colleagues are based in Ann Arbor, creating opportunities for connection, collaboration, and shared expertise.

  • Full time, permanent position

  • This position requires working regular business hours in EST with the ability to flex as needed

  • This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in our Clarivate office in Ann Arbor, MI
