Job description

Our client, a mid-sized contract manufacturer with DoD and medical device contracts, is seeking a full-timeProject Manager(onsite in Maine) to ensure predictable delivery, cost control, and on-time execution of multidisciplinary electronics-based NPD and NPI projects.
As Project Manager, you will serve as the primary coordinator for customers and internal stakeholders, driving project success through strong technical leadership and cross-functional coordination. Working within our PMO structure, you will manage scope, schedule, and risk, maintain clear communication with customers, and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience managing technical projects (electronics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes (NPI, DFM/DFT, V&V)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
  • PMP or similar certification a plus
What You'll Do in this Role:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of product development projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain
