Workday (PRISM) Implementation Analyst

Location: Augusta, ME Duration: 9 Months

Our client's Workday implementation project seeks 2 skilled Business analysts to contribute their expertise to our project team. As a Business Analyst, you will be crucial in diagnosing data issues, recommending solutions, and collaborating closely on data conversion rule validation related to a complex ERP implementation. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in other various project activities such as additional business analysis, documentation, and performing some testing related to data or integrations. As a critical contributor to the State of Maine Workday implementation, you must establish high-quality standards and lead by example.

Top 3 Skills:

  • Workday Prism HCM and/or Payroll Expert with Excel – V Look-Ups
  • Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data/information and compile into a cohesive presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor, support, and research data quality and cleanup efforts
