About the Role 
We're looking for a methodical and customer-focused Implementation Project Coordinator to join our Customer Implementation team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Implementation, you'll be guiding healthcare and senior living customers through complex implementation projects, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and setting them up for long-term success with MealSuite's technology. 

What You'll Do 

  • Own the project - Gather project scope details as needed through discovery and communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed and own all project management, timelines, risk, and scope, on assigned projects 
  • Develop customized plans to meet customer needs - Customize project plans in Planhat to meet customer needs/project scope, document customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in internal systems and communicate salient information to stakeholders as needed  
  • Ensure customers receive superior service - Develop and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customer stakeholders through regular communication of project plans, timelines and account setup requirements/expectations and leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the implementation process  
  • Be the point of contact - Educate customers on MealSuite's toolkit, capabilities and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations and create, monitor, and update user training plans based on customer needs  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met during implementation and that accounts are smoothly transitioned to Support/Customer Success after implementation is complete 
  • Run complex project backup - Assist Enterprise Implementation Managers on large strategic projects as necessary 

What You Bring 

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in customer implementations within a SaaS environment 
  • Familiarity with highly complex software implementations, externally facing multi-faceted projects, or equivalent 
  • Experience implementing POS systems preferred 
  • PMP or CAPM considered an asset 
  • Extreme attention to detail and multitasking capabilities, with a particular penchant for prioritizing multiple projects efficiently and effectively 
  • Astute communication skills (both written and verbal) and a demonstrated ability for active, empathetic listening, especially in a consultative or advisory setting 
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required) 

Compensation: $64,400 - $77,300 CAD per year / $ 62,800 - $75,300 USDper year 

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas OR Cambridge office two days per week. If you're more than an hour away, apply anyway we're open to discussing options.
