Responsibilities – Service Manager: 

  • Hiring, Training, Motivating, and Mentoring the Service Team 

  • Conduct ongoing training for Service Advisors to drive profitability 

  • Implement and support processes that improve Technician efficiency 

  • Review and follow up on department KPI’s to achieve forecast goals 

  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures 

  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with our customers, encouraging repeat and referral businesses 

  • Provide technical assistance to employees as needed 

  • Quality check completed jobs 

  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ management experience preferred 

  • The ability to identify causes of operating errors and the knowledge to create and implement corrective actions 

  • An aptitude for interviewing, hiring, and developing employees including conducting performance appraisals 

  • The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations 

  • A professional demeanor when interacting with customers 

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and be a current resident.
