Responsibilities – Service Manager:
Hiring, Training, Motivating, and Mentoring the Service Team
Conduct ongoing training for Service Advisors to drive profitability
Implement and support processes that improve Technician efficiency
Review and follow up on department KPI’s to achieve forecast goals
Understanding and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with our customers, encouraging repeat and referral businesses
Provide technical assistance to employees as needed
Quality check completed jobs
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements -
At least 2 years’ management experience preferred
The ability to identify causes of operating errors and the knowledge to create and implement corrective actions
An aptitude for interviewing, hiring, and developing employees including conducting performance appraisals
The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations
A professional demeanor when interacting with customers
