  • Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency

  • Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational skills, you live by your task lists and calendars

  • Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Grace under pressure, you stay calm when clients are stressed and deadlines are tight

  • Natural problem solver who finds creative solutions within constraints

  • Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech

  • Technical skills in a scripting language

  • Background in software implementations or professional services

  • Technical aptitude, ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations

  • Previous experience managing aggressive timelines with fixed deadlines

  • Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects
