Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of customer products. This role leads warehouse supervisors and associates, drives operational performance, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
  • Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate staffing and labor planning to meet customer demand and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
