Job description

  • You will manage all sales and service activities for key health system accounts
  • Implement and monitor cost savings initiatives for key customers is part of your role, as well as to execute sales and service improvements outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW)
  • Develop, track, and review KPIs with key account stakeholders
  • You will leverage Linde resources to support SOW implementation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across various roles, levels, and locations
  • Introduce new technologies and coordinate with the Linde Met Fab Team
  • Further, you will play a key role in: Increasing wallet share (equipment and clinical products)
  • Support Value Analysis Team (VAT) initiatives
  • Evaluate and implement modality changes (e.g., Bulk and Microbulk)
  • Optimize operations in areas including On-site inventory management, safety stock for specialty items, Service and delivery efficiency, Site gas services, Microbulk capabilities, Research and development initiatives
