1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:The Client Implementation Specialist IV is directly responsible and accountable to support highly complex client implementation efforts for new, and the maintenance of wholesale solutions. Their overarching goal is to support multiple implementation steps to provide a best-in-class client experience, enabling Truist to achieve our vision and improve revenue realization.
The Client Implementation Specialist IV is focused on applying wholesale, banking, and communications skills in a timely and accurate manner. Their day-to-day work efforts involve collaboration, coordination and communication skills targeted to highly complex implementations for Truist Wholesale clients.
The Client Implementation Specialist IV is expected to own the necessary steps to ensure implementations are completed in a timely and successful manner even when aspects are delegated to others. They will collaborate with internal teammates, in both verbal and written form, to coordinate, complete, and communicate implementation activities. Work includes working directly with the client and or a client's representative supporting key implementations activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible and accountable for implementing mid- to large-sized or moderately complex clients, services, and projects.
2. Leads and directs communications with internal personnel and clients regarding all aspects of implementation efforts, conducted in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Demonstrates advanced business acumen and utilizes experienced understanding of business line and a basic understanding of the overall firm to resolve implementation issues effectively, maintain project deadlines, mitigate risk, and meet client needs.
4. Provides visibility and transparency regarding implementation status throughout.
5. Documents all interactions and relevant information in an accurate and timely manner.
6. Meets sometimes less-clearly defined demands and proactively negotiates across multiple departments.
7. Adheres to Wholesale Payments agreements and documents policies and procedures.
8. Maintains strong and open partnerships with LOB, Sales, and other stakeholders to provide mutual feedback on business processes, internal relationships, organizational strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
9. Proactively informs and/or engages leaders and others to communicate issues, risks, and opportunities to business partners.
10. Routinely uses significant judgement on moderate to complex business problems.
11. Employs expert problem-solving capabilities to develop creative and tailored solutions.
12. Works with more senior staff when dealing with complex issues, larger clients, accounts, projects, or internal relationships.
13. Identifies, manages, and escalates concerns and reduce basic operational, process, and compliance risk.
14. Executes with precision and accountability by following policies and procedures.
15. Provides subject matter expertise support to related teams sharing Product knowledge and solutions to better serve our clients. Influences and trains junior colleagues.

1. Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and related training.
2. Seven or more years in Wholesale Payments, bank operations, basic project management, or other related industry experience.

4. Ability to manage and negotiate with internal partners, vendors, and alliance relationships.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships and leverage networks.
6. Ability to adapt strategically to evolving market demands, technology, and internal initiatives, catalyzing new approaches to improve results.
7. In-depth knowledge of standard and complex products.
8. Diligent, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
9. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, Internet, and MS Outlook.

1. Degrees/education in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or another related field.
2. Extensive Wholesale Payments solutions knowledge and experience.
3. Proficient in Salesforce.
