Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer - Tulip MES to design, configure, and deploydigital manufacturing solutions across global pharmaceutical production facilities.
This role is responsible forhands-on implementation, integration, and validation of Tulip-based MES applications to enable:
  • Electronic Batch Records (eBR)
  • Real-time production monitoring
  • Digital work instructions
    Key Responsibilities
1. Tulip MES Development & Configuration
  • Develop and configure Tulip applications to support:
    • Electronic Batch Records (eBR)
    • Weigh & Dispense workflows
    • Equipment setup, cleaning, and line clearance
    • In-process QA checks and sampling workflows
  • Build operator-facing workflows to digitize manufacturing processes

2. System Integration
Configure and implement integrations with:
  • ERP (SAP)
  • LIMS / Lab systems
  • SCADA / PLC / Historians
  • IoT devices and edge systems
  • Develop connectors using:
    • APIs (REST)
    • SQL / Python
  • Ensure reliable and secure data flow across systems
Integration across MES, ERP, LIMS, and shop-floor systems is a key responsibility in Tulip implementations
3. Validation & Compliance
  • Support and execute validation activities:
    • URS / FRS documentation
    • IQ / OQ / PQ execution
    • Test scripts and traceability matrices
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • GMP / GxP standards
    • 21 CFR Part 11 (e-signatures, audit trails)
    • GAMP 5 / CSV processes
  • Maintain audit-ready MES solutions
Pharma MES implementations must support validation and regulatory compliance frameworks
4. Deployment & Production Support
  • Deploy MES applications across environments:
    • DEV → TEST → PRODUCTION
  • Perform:
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support

5. Continuous Improvement
