Salesforce Implementation Project Manager

Location: Elkhart, Indiana 

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to support the successful implementation, deployment, and adoption of enterprise CRM capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience specifically with Salesforce implementations, combined with project management, business process alignment, stakeholder coordination, user readiness, and change management skills. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

The role will work closely with technology teams, implementation partners, business stakeholders, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional groups to ensure successful CRM implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation projects, including timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Partner with IT leadership, technology teams, and implementation partners to support successful Salesforce deployment.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Support business process documentation, workflow mapping, and operational alignment.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, feedback collection, and resolution activities.
  • Manage project schedules, documentation, meeting cadences, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support Salesforce data migration, cleanup, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with enterprise data, MDM, ERP, ecommerce, and product data teams.
  • Coordinate Salesforce training, user onboarding, documentation, and adoption activities.
  • Monitor project milestones, adoption metrics, operational readiness, and implementation KPIs.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive user engagement and adoption.
  • Identify project risks, process gaps, and operational challenges and support resolution.
  • Assist with post-go-live stabilization, enhancement tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and implementation best practices.
  • Support vendor and implementation partner coordination.
  • Travel occasionally for workshops, training, implementation activities, and business engagement as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations, business systems projects, project management, or commercial operations initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience specifically supporting Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience participating in CRM implementations or enterprise technology deployments.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Understanding of business process mapping, operational workflows, and change management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience supporting user training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives.
  • Excellent documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
Preferred Qualifications
