The Implementation Manager focuses on leading project deployment and managing teams to ensure successful implementation, often requiring technical expertise and leadership skills. What We Need
Titan GPS is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Implementation Specialist to own the end-to-end customer installation experience for our multi-brand GPS tracking and camera solutions. You'll be the first impression our customers have by managing third-party installation vendors, and internal teams - ensuring every deployment is on time, on budget, and leaving the customer with an excellent installation experience.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional that works closely with Technical Support, Account Management, Accounting, and Fulfillment. If you are someone who thrives on solving problems, keeping projects moving, and building trust with clients, this role was built for you.
