Senior Implementation Manager

Transform9

Birmingham, AL • On-site

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Re-posted 23 days ago

Job description

Calling your doctor shouldn't be harder than seeing your doctor. But at most practices, patients wait on hold, front-office staff drown in ring queues, and revenue walks out the door with every missed call.

Transform9 builds AI agents that answer every call for physician practices — scheduling appointments, routing callers, and resolving routine requests in seconds, around the clock. Our agents integrate directly with each practice's EHR, practice management, and phone systems, and adapt to how their front office actually works.

Our agents have handled millions of patient calls for thousands of providers, cut average hold times by 90%, and decreased call abandonment by 80%. We're headquartered in Birmingham, AL, and growing fast.

About the role

A practice's first weeks on Transform9 decide whether we're a tool they tolerate or infrastructure they trust. You'll own enterprise implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live and hypercare — turning each practice's real-world call flows, scheduling rules, and specialty workflows into a live AI agent their patients rely on from day one.

What you'll do
  • Own a portfolio of concurrent enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live
  • Build and run project plans spanning telephony cutover, EHR/PM integration, and agent workflow configuration — and keep practices on schedule
  • Lead discovery with practice leadership to map call flows, scheduling rules, and specialty workflows, and translate them into agent configuration
  • Coordinate practice IT, our integration engineers, and product to clear blockers fast
  • Train front-office teams and run go-live and hypercare until the practice is stable and confident
  • Hand off cleanly to account management with documented workflows and success metrics
  • Build the repeatable implementation playbooks and tooling we'll scale with
Location

Full-time onsite at our Birmingham, AL office. Periodically travel to client practices, especially around go-lives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading implementations, onboarding, or technical project delivery at a B2B SaaS company
  • Track record running complex, multi-stakeholder implementations that involve technical integrations
  • Strong project management discipline: plans, owners, dates, and the follow-through to hold them
  • Comfortable with technical concepts — telephony, EHR/PM systems, APIs — and translating between practice staff and engineers
  • Excellent client-facing communication; calm and structured when a go-live gets bumpy
  • Experience implementing software for healthcare providers, or working inside a practice
  • Experience building implementation playbooks from scratch
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Benefits

  • Top-tier health coverage: medical, dental & vision
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off + holidays, and paid parental leave
