Role description:
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will serve as an owner's representative and will ensure that your projects adhere to the client's requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project timelines. You will be responsible for understanding and delivering the full scope of Arcadis contracted services across all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. In addition, this position includes managing a team of project professionals. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight for direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Role accountabilities:
Responsible for day-to-day management of the planning, engineering, construction, and handover aspects of the assigned projects and all associated deliverables. Coordinating design reviews, design requirements, and approvals between owner, design team, and contractors. Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $161,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
