Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a District Manager for our client in Birmingham, AL who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.

The District Manager oversees multiple locations within Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. They are responsible for operational excellence, hiring and coaching managers, analyzing financial performance, implementing company policies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires traveling between sites, solving operational challenges, and meeting budgetary goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all labor, supply and equipment budget targets are met
  • Train and develop all site personnel
  • Conduct periodic quality audits in each account - note areas that need improvement and implement plans for effective solutions
  • Conduct periodic face-to-face performance reviews to ensure all customer requirements are met on a consistent basis
  • Conduct in-depth training of janitorial services and equipment training
  • Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
  • Ensure each location is fully trained and staffed
  • Lead and manage all new account start up operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in multiple building/locations required
  • Proven leadership and management experience within a building services environment
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft and Google (excel/spreadsheets, word/doc, and drive)
  • Familiarity with electronic timekeeping systems
  • The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision
  • All candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background check
