Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale our revenue engine by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through system-driven processes and operational excellence. This role will own revenue forecasting, CRM systems, workflow automation, and end-to-end revenue operations to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and experienced in building operational infrastructure within high-growth or scaling organizations. This individual will work cross-functionally to identify operational gaps, streamline workflows, and implement practical solutions that drive revenue growth and organizational alignment.


Key Responsibilities


Revenue Forecasting & Sales Strategy

  • Own and deliver accurate revenue forecasts, including pipeline coverage, conversion assumptions, and scenario planning
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecast accountability and pipeline performance
  • Analyze revenue and performance trends to support segmentation, targeting, and strategic planning
  • Support upsell, renewal, and expansion initiatives in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams


CRM & Revenue Systems Management

  • Own and manage CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), including workflows, automation, integrations, and system configuration
  • Design and implement system-driven workflows across the full revenue lifecycle, from lead generation through onboarding and expansion
  • Build automation and triggers to support handoffs, follow-ups, billing, and expansion opportunities
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and maintain visibility into pipeline activity, customer health, and revenue performance


Revenue Operations & Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement scalable, standardized processes across the customer lifecycle
  • Define and improve ownership structures and handoff processes between Sales and Customer Success
  • Serve as a central operational partner to drive alignment across revenue-generating teams
  • Eliminate manual processes through automation and workflow optimization initiatives

Qualifications


Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • CRM or Revenue Operations certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Certifications) are considered an asset
  • Additional training in business intelligence, process improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma is considered an asset

Experience

10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within high-growth or scaling organizations
