Job Description

We are seeking a Generalist Implementation Manager (Functional – CRIMS/OMS) to support client-facing CRIMS/OMS upgrade programs. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in CRIMS/OMS implementations, with experience in business workflow analysis, configuration, compliance setup, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a client-facing functional consultant supporting CRIMS/OMS upgrade initiatives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and support implementation activities.
  • Leverage prior experience with Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or equivalent Order Management System (OMS) platforms.
  • Apply knowledge of the trading lifecycle, portfolio management, and investment workflows to support business processes.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and validate compliance rules, including basic rule logic and rule behavior.
  • Define and implement user privileging, access controls, and role-based entitlements within CRIMS.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), scenario validation, and workflow testing to ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior functional experience with Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or equivalent OMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of trading lifecycle, portfolio management, and investment workflows.
