Job description

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices in major commercial, legal, and governmental hubs worldwide, is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager. This role will

support the Digital Studio's mission by driving adoption, utilization, retention, and measurable value realization for Digital Transformation products.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations and Design, this role partners closely with product team leads to execute enablement, onboarding, communications, utilization monitoring, feedback loops, and success management. Additionally, this position is execution-focused with strong stakeholder partnership responsibilities.

This position will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Primary responsibilities include:

Portfolio Adoption Strategy & Enablement

  • Develop and execute adoption and enablement plans for assigned products/practices.

  • Create and maintain communications and enablement assets to support sustained usage.

  • Apply and improve enablement approaches and recommend enhancements.

Stakeholder / Account Management

  • Serve as the post-launch point of contact for stakeholder groups, managing the lifecycle from intake to onboarding.

  • Facilitate alignment conversations to clarify overall project objectives and expected outcomes.

  • Maintain clear, executive-ready status updates for assigned rollouts and ongoing operations.

  • Define, track, and report product KPIs in partnership with the broader product working group.

Feedback-to-Roadmap Translation

  • Conduct voice-of-customer activities to identify unmet needs, and improvement opportunities.

  • Create user stories to include clear requirements, and acceptance criteria.

  • Identify adoption barriers and recurring friction points, coordinate remediation actions.

Release Readiness & Go-to-Firm Execution

  • Coordinate release readiness, including updates and stakeholder communications.

  • Execute launch and rollout activities aligned to stakeholder needs and risk considerations.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Operate within established service models and help keep them current for assigned products.

  • Support operational controls and standards by coordinating inputs and ensuring materials are maintained.

  • Proactively address operational risks and drive mitigation activities.

Cross-Product Interconnectivity

  • Coordinate to align adoption messaging, user experience touchpoints, and communications.

  • Support efforts to reduce fragmentation by aligning workflows and adoption practices.

People Management & Team Development

  • Directly supervise individual contributors within the Digital Studio function.

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing to junior team members.

  • Contribute to capacity planning and workload coordination for concurrent rollouts.

  • Promote a collaborative, execution-focused working culture oriented around stakeholder partnership and measurable outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, and a minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience required.

  • Working understanding of legal processes and the ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity through digital solutions.

  • Strong customer service focus on building stakeholder trust.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute enablement and change management activities.

  • Stakeholder management skills and experience communicating with non-technical audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Practical understanding of Agile ways of working .

  • Ability to develop and maintain clear documentation and communications artifacts.

  • Collaborative working style to coordinate across cross functional partners.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
