What exactly are we looking for?
An Implementation Rep. who has:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable in speaking with all levels of management, including C-Level. Written communication should be at a business level.
2. The comfortability to coach and train individuals in large groups.
3. Self-motivated, and able to work with little to no supervision.
4. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
5. A quick learner who is used to a fast paced environment, and can readily adapt to new changes.
6. Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
7. The ability to trouble shoot problems, and solve issues creatively.

What are some things you will be doing?
1. Training and servicing new clients on the full suite of our products.
2. Follow-up support with existing clients once they are fully onboarded.
3. Building meaningful industry relationships to help keep existing clients and find new potential clients.
4. Traveling throughout the country to manage accounts to help ensure their success.
5. Data analysis and translating that data into thoughtful recommendations for training of service personnel.

What do we absolutely need from you?
1. An Associates Degree OR Similar Experience
2. Experience within a professional in-person Customer Service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc)
3. Experience with work related travel
4. Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
5. A huge plus if you have worked within the Automotive Industry!
