Account Manager

Compensation: $75k - $80k
About the Role
Striden is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, support operational excellence, and ensure high-quality service delivery across assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborates closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand operational needs and service expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client goals
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure assigned accounts remain compliant with company and client standards, including:
- Site branding and appearance
- Site procedures and documentation
- Employee training and development of site leadership
- Conduct regular performance reviews and service assessments
- Address and resolve operational issues or client concerns in a timely manner
- Provide clients with regular updates on account performance, metrics, and service improvements
- Prepare and present reports related to account status and operational performance
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and other internal teams to support client satisfaction and business growth
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and leadership teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facility Management, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in account management, facilities management, or workplace services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of facility management operations, procedures, and industry standards
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel as needed to support client sites and projects
