About the Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven Logistics Engineer to support our Enterprise account teams by providing analytics, reporting, and process insights that deliver measurable cost savings, improve efficiency, and create better customer outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in logistics, supply chain, or business/data analysis who enjoys turning numbers into solutions and working cross-functionally to drive performance.
What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Savings: Identify, model, and deliver cost savings projects for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze Networks: Evaluate client supply chains to uncover inefficiencies and recommend targeted improvements.
  • Optimize Routing: Maintain routing guide strategies that balance cost, service, and capacity for Enterprise accounts.
  • Reporting amp; Presentations: Prepare KPI scorecards, savings reports, and client-facing presentation materials.
  • Spot Opportunities: Generate cross-account value by identifying multi-account savings or revenue opportunities.

What Success Looks Like:
By 90 days, you’ll be confident in:
  • Navigating TMS and freight audit systems
  • Building advanced reports and dashboards in Excel/Power BI
  • Owning weekly/monthly reporting for assigned accounts
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects with actionable data insights
  • Collaborating with Operations, Procurement, and Account Management to deliver client value
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
  • Experience working with transportation data (LTL, FTL, parcel, or intermodal)
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
