Job description

Stinson LLP is seeking a highly motivated tax attorney with seven or more years of transactional tax experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs) and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs), to join our growing Tax Credit & Impact Finance group in our Denver office.

Experience with NMTCs, HTCs, and RETCs is strongly preferred, but not required. Excellent writing and analytical skills are required.

Active license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction is required.

Our non-partner attorney compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the base compensation for this role ranges between $200,000 and $275,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual’s unique qualifications and experience.
