About the Firm
Our client is a highly respected criminal defense and immigration law practice dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals facing deportation and complex immigration challenges. We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Immigration Attorney with strong litigation skills, a proven track record of case success, and a passion for client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews.

  • Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.

  • Mentor and oversee paralegals and case managers.

  • Review and prepare applications with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Provide sound legal advice while staying updated on immigration law changes.

  • Consistently meet performance and case management goals.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing.

  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience, including asylum, cancellation of removal, U-Visas, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, DACA, EADs, advanced parole, I-751s, and work visas.

  • Business immigration experience is a plus.

  • Strong courtroom advocacy skills with a successful track record.

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage legal support staff.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.

  • Tech-savvy with a strong eye for detail.
