Identify and solve escalations and areas of underperformance.* Regularly communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy.* Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.* Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.* Work with client global mobility personnel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies for non-immigrant and immigrant foreign national employees.* Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents.* Conduct research to support client requests and projects.* Proactively communicate with clients, within SLAs/team protocols and with a precise, efficient, thoughtful, and organized response.* Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues, share information, and support client projects.* Directly or indirectly supervise junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring and coaching while proactively sharing immigration knowledge and expertise.* Regularly seek out and implement opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and standardization with processes, products, or services.* Demonstrate a willingness to learn and effectively implement guidance and direction offered by supervisors and experienced colleagues.* Use firm technology accurately and in line with team and client protocols, ensuring accurate and complete data is entered.* Actively contribute to team meetings and firmwide activities.* Ensure self and team follow documented firm standards and policy to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational and client compliance.* Other duties as required.****Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:***** U.S. JD or LLM required* Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association* 2-3 years of experience at Associate level* Expanded practical understanding of immigration law* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines* Dedication to exceptional client service* Demonstrated attention to detail* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands* Ability to contribute to a positive work environment**Benefits:**At Fragomen, we know that great people make a great organization.
