General Description
Perform general customer service duties in Student Health Services.
Essential Job Duties
1. Schedule appointments for students both over phone and in person.
2. Provide friendly and helpful customer service by welcoming and assisting students coming in for appointments.
3. Answering and directing phone calls as well as taking and delivering messages.
4. Follow privacy procedures to maintain confidentiality of patients.
5. Assist with other daily office tasks, including running errands on campus.
